FAQ

Yes . Your invoice contains a link through which you can pay online. You can also call us and pay over the phone if you have your card handy.
Yes we do have a minimum” call out “charge that may vary depending on your location, number of guests and services you’re interested in.

Yes we do but the cost is the same as for 2 hours due to expenses incurred with traveling , setting up the machines and cleaning .

Yes we cover Greater London and surrounding counties.

Invoices always have to be paid up to 7 days prior to the event and the deposit has to be paid well in advance to secure the booking .

Yes we do and is £100 or 20% on orders over £1000.

Yes you can cancel the booking up to 14 days before the event and you’ll have your deposit back .

Yes you’ll have the depsit refunded if the venue emails us that saying that you’ve canceled the event or if you send us an email  with a positive test result.

Our smallest event was for 5 guests and our largest for 4000.

We do send attendants with all our services but for example you can have a sweet cart without and attendant or a popcorn warmer with ready made popcorn .
